Hivers with their suits on.
Hivers are a group of humans who go into "hives" and do objectives and adventuring. A well-known thing in this world is how dangerous these "hives" can become. There are many things that they have to look out for while doing this job. One slip-up could mean being spotted and caught, but it's usually much worse.
Hivers have a militaristic hierarchy, meaning they use military terms like "Lieutenant" and "Commander." Base hivers are just normal soldiers, following orders enacted by the higher-ups in the chain of command. Some examples of this are Lieutenant Mobia and Commander Vera.
Hivers have military grade equipment and tools to do an array of tasks. Current known arsenal that has been seen includes:
- Plant based suits to get around fungal spores and intense UV lighting, both being well known vertebraticides.
- Large mounted explosives with wiring. [2]
- Plant based handcannons/guns. (All guns have bayonet included.) [3][4]
- Specialized Boots with spikes in the sole for moving around due to the laws of the "Unknown Nature"[5]
- Using plant-based wiring to make traps and manipulate the world around them.[6]
The Hivers aren't all working together, though. There are different groups of hivers all going for different goals and strategies to get work done. They are known for competing for resources that are found in the Hives.
