Formicosa Apex is a bladder in the Formicosa bladder complex, and is a part of the Tricularia system as a whole. Formicosa Apex is the top bladder in the complex. There is currently not much known about Formicosa Apex after it's capitol, Formicosa City, which is a highly active hub of Tricularian commerce.

Formicosa City is the capitol of Formicosa Apex. With residents from all across the bladders, Formicosa City is by far Tricularia's most populous city. In particular, these are individuals from the Fly Swarm, Moth Swarm, Beetle Swarm, True Bug Swarm, and Spider Swarm, as well as many of their sister and daughter swarms. Insects from all main groups, however, may be found here. The ants closely police the city, and all Swarms bow to them.
Modified Venus flytraps are utilized as entrances, lighting, and windows at Formicosa City, a collection of plant galls linked by a network of modified vines. Despite being constructed of plants, intense UV sunlight has baked the green color. The macrovolute view of the city is black and purple since it cannot perceive the red that is still there.
The city stretches for miles both horizontally and vertically since everything is hung from the bladder's roof. Residents are required to travel the sides, the bottoms, and the tops of plant gall islands even on the plant galls themselves. For people who can't fly or fall from silk lines, all of this produces a very ominous environment. As a consequence, there are extremely few non-spider arachnid species.
