Tricularia is an immense plant system, consisting of 86 bladders that orbit Angion, held in place by a holdfast. It is based off of the Common Bladderwort (Utricularia vulgaris). Each bladder is about the size of a small country and houses a unique ecosystem, from the jeweled glass sands of Diatom to the crystalline salt lakes of Halos.
All minerals must be pumped up by Tricularia from Angion, resulting in only humus soil. Due to this nature, abiotic substances and rocks are rare. There is no gravity in the bladders apart from the gravity-like effects of the Unknown Nature. The bladders also circulate air, creating wind currents by "breathing." If not for the bladder walls, all oxygen would escape into space.
